Terms Of Service
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become a member and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website.
, hereinafter "Company," is a retail network marketing Company that markets services to the member. The policies and procedures herein are applicable to all members.
A member is one who has completed a Company application agreement and has been accepted by the Company as a member. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as a member.
The company makes no claim for the average monthly earnings, and uses potential monthly earnings as examples. Monthly earning is highly correlated with the amount of time and effort the member puts in to advertising.
All members must be the age of majority in the state in which they reside. The Company reserves the right to reject any applications for renewal.
Storm Packers LLC is an international opportunity in that people in approximately 170 countries may choose to join as a member.
All members are asked to promote and sponsor other members in respect to the procedures and policies outlined by the Company. Each member shall hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the member’s business practices. Company members have no authority to bind the Company to any obligation. Each member is encouraged to set up his\her own hours and to determine his\her own methods of promoting, so long as he\she complies with the policies and procedures of the Company.
- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading links).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...).
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
- Violation of intellectual property rights.
Slandering, mistreating, using vulgar language towards the company or its distributors/members.
Members must pay the membership fee in the following ways; Uniclear and Stormpay.
Refunds for the membership fees for the current month will be granted upon request within a 24 hour period of receipt of payment minus a $10 service fee.
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to member tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the membership program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the member program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
The name of the Company and other names as may be adopted by the Company are proprietary trade names and trademarks of the Company. As such, these marks are of great value to the Company and are supplied to members for their use only in an expressly authorized manner. Member agrees not to advertise the Company product in any way other than the advertising or promotional materials made available to the member by the Company.
The Company is entitled to change the policies to accommodate and update members.

Storm Packers LLC expressly reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice, and in the event that it elects to:
a) cease business operations; or
b) dissolve as a corporate entity.
Further, Storm Packers LLC has the right to terminate this Agreement at its sole election, for any reason, upon thirty (30) days written notice to you.
Storm Packers LLC is confident that our clients will find our services fair, competitive, and industry leading. Storm Packers LLC offers services and products that are made available to members.
Due to the fact that our services require payment of commissions to members, refunds can only be granted within 24 hours of receipt of payment to Storm Packers LLC. Member commissions will be paid bi-weekly. A member may request commissions from within their backoffice when the member has a minimum of $30 earnings accumulated.
No refunds will be honored after the intial period as products may have already been purchased and shipped to outside agencies.
Our 3rd party collections team investigates fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the collections team. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report/rating, and possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
Storm Packers LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Storm Packers LLC Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
Any affiliate, partner, member, distributor or associate of Storm Packers LLC agrees to not utilize SPAM in promoting Storm Packers LLC in any manner. The use of SPAM by a member of Storm Packers LLC will result in the immediate suspension or termination of member account with a cancellation of any pending commissions. Distributor will also be in violation of the Member Agreement and subject to possible legal action and will be held liable for any financial loss incurred by Storm Packers LLC. Any service interruptions to Storm Packers LLC as a result of distributor spamming will be billed to the member at a rate of 100 U.S. dollars per hour until service is restored. Furthermore, the member will not be reimbursed if they are caught spamming.
For the purpose of this agreement, SPAM is defined as emailing anyone, in bulk or by single mailing about Storm Packers LLC or with communication that contains any reference to Storm Packers LLC, who has not specifically requested the information directly from the member. The only exceptions to these are:
Mailing to APPROPRIATE OPT-IN mailing lists where the source does the mailing on members behalf. However, use extreme caution when choosing an opt-in mailing list company! Using anything but the most reputable sources could generate Spam complaints against a distributor resulting in suspension or termination.
You may include information on Storm Packers LLC in e-mail Acknowledgment Messages for orders and inquiries that you receive so long as it is stated upfront that you will be sending them an acknowledgment. Storm Packers LLC also considers any type of advertisement about Storm Packers LLC posted to a Newsgroup or Chat Room to be Spam. Violators may be fined.
Storm Packers LLC employs a strict zero tolerance policy towards SPAM! Members will receive no "first warning." We will work with any party that provides a spam complaint and do everything within our power to identify and locate the offender. Upon receiving evidence that an actual spamming incident has occurred the offending member’s account will be terminated, the member will forfeit any and all pending commission payments and legal action will be brought against the offender to recoup any losses incurred by Storm Packers LLC related to the spamming incident.
Members Must Remember:
If you are considering a form of promotion and have any doubt at all as to whether such promotion may or may not generate Spam complaints, do not go along with the promotion. Spamming only hurts the business and when the business suffers, everyone involved suffers, so please don't spam.
